How to use:

• Apply a pea size amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush.
• Brush all surfaces plus the “Wink” of each tooth for 2 minutes. Wink is where the tooth meets the gum, where White meets Pink.
• Turn off water tap whilst brushing.
• Rinse with water and spit. Do not swallow.
• It’s important to brush first thing in the morning and last thing before bedtime.
