Delivery within Australia
We aim for Next Day to 3 Days, delivery to metropolitan areas in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Delivery is 2 to 10 days for all other areas.
BioMeDent will provide freight free delivery for orders over the specified amount of $500 but are only applicable per delivery address. BioMeDent reserves the right to make changes to the freight-free policy without notice. Freight Free terms are only applicable to online orders.
Pricing Policy
The prices advertised the BioMeDent website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST ( Goods and services tax ). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Return and Exchanges

Please note following conditions
- the exchange or refund is made within 7 days of purchase;
- you are able to provide sufficient proof of purchase; and
- the products are in perfect condition
- no customized/special orders to be returned
- A 25% re stocking fee maybe applicable in some instances
- all returns must be sent back at your own cost via postage/courier
