S-PRF Green Tubes

S-PRF Green Tubes are sterile, plain vacuum tubes without additives, anticoagulants, or gels, intended for the preparation of Liquid Platelet-Rich Fibrin (S-PRF) from autologous blood in dental and medical procedures.

Regulatory Status:
ARTG-listed Class IIa. Official Process for PRF® product, developed by Dr. Choukroun creator of the Process for PRF® (Platelet Rich Fibrin) technique (A-PRF, i-PRF, & S-PRF).

S-PRF Green Tubes are specifically designed to facilitate the preparation of S-PRF in liquid form for clinical use.

Intended Use:
S-PRF Green Tubes are used to prepare liquid PRF for autologous application in dental and medical procedures, including:

  • Socket preservation following tooth extraction

  • Guided bone regeneration

  • Periodontal procedures for pockets greater than 6 mm

Replacement Notice:
S-PRF Green Tubes are intended to replace the previous I-PRF Orange Tubes.

What is PRF?
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is an autologous platelet concentrate derived from the patient’s own blood. PRF contains platelets, fibrin, and growth factors and is used in clinical procedures to support tissue healing and regeneration. Blood is collected into the tube and centrifuged without anticoagulants, producing a fibrin-rich layer for clinical application.
