PRF Gel Maker

A PRF BioHeater & Cooler is a temperature-controlled device used during the preparation of PRF BioGel (PRF Biofiller). It allows clinicians to precisely heat and cool PRF-derived plasma to create a smooth, injectable autologous gel without adding synthetic fillers or chemical additives.

The heating function uses controlled temperature to denature and reorganise plasma proteins, creating the gel component. The cooling function then rapidly and consistently brings the material back down in temperature, helping stabilise the BioGel before it is combined with liquid PRF according to the clinical protocol.

The resulting PRF BioGel is derived entirely from the patient’s own blood and can be used in regenerative and aesthetic protocols where an injectable, volumising PRF matrix is desired.
